Stage Five Summary:

This stage is what really helps to ingrain the processes and training, as well as to ensure that your management becomes self-sufficient directors of the sales strategy. The benefits of this stage are performance and measurement. We’ll participate in sales meetings and on sales calls to make certain that the processes and the training are working and having the desired outcome. We collaborate with you and facilitate On-going Coaching to re-enforce the performance optimization program and help to identify corrective measures that will accelerate the sales strategy.

The ability to forecast with confidence builds a foundation of trust within an organization that aids company-wide performance. We deliver a Forecasting Framework that imbeds your sales process and a methodology that enables you to deliver a forecast with confidence.

We create a Sales Performance Scoreboard Template with KPIs (key performance indicators) that measure productivity and effectiveness. In order to more accurately be able to forecast sales growth and return, we create a set of metrics that examine not how busy the sales team is, but how effective they are. The questions we ask is not are they working hard enough, but are they working smart enough? As part of the SalesPOP! philosophy, we don’t believe that busy work is the goal of salespeople. It is doing enough of the right things. We will put the KPIs in place to ascertain this and to give us early warning if the numbers fall short of where they need to be.
